"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Gaby Maya was born in Mexico City and started working in comics with Peruvian artist Robert Castro in 1993. Since then, has worked for Editorial Mango & Editorial Toukan, first as coloring artist, then as cartoonist. In 1995, marked her first incursion as a comic book writer, adapting a Japanese cartoon TV show, Cpt.Tsubasa, as a comic book for Mexican children. By doing so, the Japanese style of drawing became more popular in Mexico. Has worked as comic books Editor for Editorial Toukan and Editorial Mango, introducing manga and manga style comics books in Mexico with several titles. In 2004, left the comics industry and began working in the licensing industry, as Brand Assurance Coordinator and currently started working as Creative Agent for different artists.
